This website, operated by Carsala, Inc., is referred to henceforth as simply, the "Site". This Privacy Statement, describes the use, collection and disclosure of information in connection with this Site, and will continue to be referred to as the "Statement". This Statement describes our information practices surrounding your personal information and your choices in how it is used. "Personal Information" is defined as information that can be used to identify a person; such as their name, or email address. All information collected on the Site is utilized in providing you information and fulfilling your requests [the Service]

1. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
You are not required to disclose any personally identifiable information when simply visiting the Site, although Carsala, Inc. does automatically collect data about how you use the site. We will refer to this data as "Usage Data", and it includes non-personal information relative to your use of the site. For example, it may collect ZIP codes or the type of car you are looking for. This data is collected in order to provide you with better service.
Carsala, Inc. collects personal information only when you choose to make it available through the Site. When you select to use the Service, we collect your name, email address and phone number to service your request for car matches, as well as register you an account on the Site, when you select to obtain one. Your personal information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it was collected. We do not share personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
We provide users' of the Service the opportunity to "Refer a Friend" to our Site. When you select to refer a friend, we use that information to send a one time invitation encouraging the referred individual to visit our Site.
Carsala, Inc. posts testimonials of our customers on the Site. We acquire permission from our customers to post their name along with their testimonial prior to posting on our Site.
Information Sharing
We may be legally obligated under certain circumstances to disclose your personal information to third parties or other government agencies, such as if we discover illegal activity on the Site. This Site does not send promotional emails to users' of the Site nor any other kind of unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to send users' service and administrative emails considered a part of the Service. Given that these messages are not promotional in nature, you generally cannot opt-out of them.
