the cost
We're flexible on how we get paid. By default (on this site), we charge 15% of the savings below Kelley Blue Book Value, $149 of that upfront so we can cover our negotiation costs (with a money back guarantee). For example, if a car's value is $20,000 and we negotiate a price of $17,000, then the total fee (including the $149 upfront) would be $450. We charge this way so you know we'll give 110% effort to get you the lowest price (since we get paid more when the discount is bigger). Alternatively, you can pay a flat fee upfront of $299 and not pay any additional fee when you purchase. To do this, you'll need to pay over the phone.
If Carsala cannot find cars that meet your specifications, we will issue a full refund.
