- What Exactly Do You Do For Me?
- We lead with the search for cars and negotiation of prices. Our experts advise you on quality control, inspection, trade-in, financing, and shipping (if necessary).
- Can Carsala Help Me Buy a New Car (instead of used)?

- Is Carsala a Nationwide service?
- Yes, Carsala has negotiated great deals all over the country. We simply need to know your zip code and how far you are willing to drive for a great deal.
- Do You Charge for the Service?
- Yes. In order to pay our negotiators, we charge 20% of the biggest discount we negotiate for you. For example, if we negotiate with 10 dealers and the best deal is $1000 off the asking price, we will charge $200. We offer a free consultation and general market analysis. We never get paid by dealers.
- What if You Can't Negotiate Discounts?
- Then we don't get paid. You only pay when we negotiate at least one discount.
- Do I Have to Buy One of the Cars?
- No. There's no obligation to purchase one of the cars we negotiate for. However, we charge our fee whether you purchase one of the cars or not. We will exclude a car from the fee calculation if it sells within 3 days of our negotiation.
- When Do You Charge Me?
- Before we search and negotiate, we put a $300 hold on a credit card. This is not a charge. After negotiations, we charge our fee (and remove the hold), which will depend on the discounts we secure.
- Can I Cancel After I Sign Up?
- If we haven't started searching or negotiating, we won't charge you anything. If we've provided you with search results, but haven't negotiated, we only charge $49 for the search. If we have already provided you negotiation results, we charge our full fee.
- How Much Can You Save Me?
- On average, the best deal we negotiate is 20-25% off of Kelley Blue Book suggested retail price or $1500-$3000 off an already-competitive asking price. The biggest discount off asking price ranges from $0 (rarely) to $5,000. See our Low Price Guarantee.
- Can I Test Drive the Car?
- Yes, and we encourage you to do so! We will tell you the best deal we found and get the price in writing. You can then take that confirmation to the dealer (who will be expecting you) and test drive the car before purchasing.
